Habersham Medical Center’s Outpatient Surgery Department provides best-in-class surgical services in a safe, warm, and welcoming environment.


Surgical procedures include

  • Colonoscopy
  • Endoscopy
  • General surgery
  • Laparoscopic procedures
  • Obstetrics/gynecology
  • Ophthalmology
  • Orthopedics

*      Vascular i.e  AV fistulas, Endarterectomies, Femoral and Popliteal bypass


Non-surgical procedures include: 

  • Blood draws from ports or PICC lines
  • Antibiotics IV/IM per pharmacy list
  • Blood transfusion
  • Bone marrow aspirations/biopsy
  • IV fluids
