Beginning Thursday, March 25th the COVID-19 vaccine with be available to everyone 16 yrs old and older:

This week the state of Georgia received more than 450,000 vaccines, both first and second doses.
Georgia expects an increase in Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson doses next week. Approximately 70% of the vaccine allotment is directed to North Georgia and the metro-Atlanta area.

Georgians have many options when looking to get vaccinated, including nine mass vaccination sites in Bibb, Dougherty, Habersham, Fulton, Chatham, Ware, Washington, Bartow and Muscogee counties. To find a location near you or to schedule an appointment, log on to

For individuals aged 16 and 17 who are in an eligible population for vaccination, Pfizer is the only vaccine currently
approved for these ages. Please schedule an appointment at CVS or Walgreens or at one of the GEMA mass vaccination sites to ensure the Pfizer vaccine is available for you.
