Position: Physical Therapist

Department: Homecare

Status: Full Time & PRN positions available

Job Description: Qualified professional who provides physical therapy services to patients in the home as prescribed by a physician.     Develops and initiates an appropriate and individualized plan of care as directed by the physician and according to Scope of Practice.

Licensure or other Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia. BCLS certification required.

Experience: Two years experience as a practicing Physical Therapist is preferred.
