Job Description: The Home Health Manager is responsible for the administration of the total home health program. This includes ensuring the best quality care for patients, possessing expert knowledge of all state, federal, and company rules and regulations, and imparting all necessary knowledge and information to the staff. The Home Health Manager is responsible for the daily programs and business affairs of the agency. This includes business strategy, acting as a liaison, and developing and enforcing company policies and procedures. Evaluates total home health program, as well as individual programs within the agency. Explores and evaluates present and potential needs for agency growth and development. Identifies community needs regarding home health care. Serves as liaison between the agency and local healthcare providers.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s required or enrolled in program or 5 years experience in Home Health management/supervision.
Licensure or other Certifications: Registered or licensed professional in the state of Georgia.
