Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Job Description: The Occupational Therapist Assistant will carry out the treatment plan developed by the Occupational Therapist and ordered by the Physician, with ongoing monitoring and communication with the Occupational Therapist.  Reports to Occupational Therapist any patient progress or change in function.

Licensure or other Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Georgia.
