PrimeCare also provides non-emergent care for adults and children.
Those everyday non-emergency situations happen in every family when you least expect them. PrimeCare is available to help you with those unexpected illnesses and injuries, especially when your primary care physician is unavailable.
PrimeCare is staffed by a certified physician assistant and is located inside Habersham Medical Center, 541 Historic Hwy. 441, Demorest, GA 30535.
PrimeCare is not a walk-in clinic and patients are seen by appointment only.
