As a not-for-profit organization, our mission is to provide quality health care in a compassionate, professional and economical manner to all persons in Habersham and surrounding counties.
Rising health care costs combined with decreases in national, state and insurance reimbursements challenges health care providers. To ensure that Habersham Medical Center remains at the forefront of medical advances and technology, the Habersham Medical Center Foundation, Inc. was established in July 2001. As a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization, the Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors and is committed to building financial partnerships with individuals, community organizations and businesses.
Contributions are tax deductible as provided by law and may be made in several forms:
- Cash
- Real estate
- Life Insurance and Bequests
- Charitable Gift Annuities or Charitable Remainder Trusts
